CHALLENGE: Conduct a deep dive into conversations surrounding each of their three beauty, skincare brands to identify customer themes trending up and themes trending down. Identify brand comprehensions to inform actionable insights -- data to help our client decide which direction to move in.
METHODOLOGY: We used our social media analytics suite to gather and analyze volume and conversational trends across platforms including Twitter, Reddit, YouTube, Google, Facebook, Instagram, and online news. We tracked the cultural and influencer forces shaping product, brand, business, trends, and movements.
RESULT: The client used the lessons from social media listening to help expand their products' consumer base and increase brand loyalty. They also used the results to evaluate existing brand ambassador partnerships and influencer collaborations to provide them a pulse on how they are going and what can be improved.
